SEC GIDA was founded in 2005 as an agricultural company with our more then 50 years experiences and more knowledges from our grandfathers in Istanbul that is well known as a commerce center of Middle East.Till the establishment of our company,We were at agriculture business especially dried apricots,sultana raisins,dried figs,punes,dried cherries and other dried fruits and kernels and on the other hand onions,garlics,pumpkins,potatoes and other vegetables and citrus fruits in 50 years....We have started to process and packaging after founded SEC GIDA about dried fruits such as dried apricots,sultana raisins,dried figs,punes,dried cherries and other dried fruits and kernels and also  onions,garlics,pumpkins,potatoes,vegetables,citrus fruits and others.

Now We are presenting and marketing ours own quality agricultural products under ours own brand, BILSEC for the domestic and world markets. The long term target of SEC GIDA is to have a strong base in the world markets among the best producers worldwide in the area of agricultural and food products production.

Products
For all our apricot product materials come from farmers located in its origin Malatya and first class We process and packs dried apricots,diced dried apricots,apricot kernels and all type apricots in our 1500 m2 plant area in Malatya under Turkish Agriculture Ministry Authority and our Food engineers test control about all microbiology,sulphur,aflotoxin and moistures.We introduce all our products our own quality dried apricots and others under our own brands, BILSEC for the domestic and world markets.On the other hand For all our dried fruits product materials come from farmers located in its origin Manisa, Izmir, Aydin, Konya, Afyon, Kütahya and other cities of Turkey.

About our processing and packing ; by the pre-washing machine, pressurized fresh water is used for removing foreign matters from the surface of the product raw material. In the main washing section, soft brushes remove embedded dirts gently from dried apricots and dried fruits.A calibration shaker a coupled to washing section easily separates different sizes of products ranging and throws away excess water simultaneously. The main labour intensive process of dried apricots and dried fruits are the table cleaning by hand made. Workers inspect all the fruits one by one on the table and clean any dirts or foreign matters escaped from the belt selection.We use only for the raisins are double laser-scanned and passed through an on-line metal detector.

Laser scanners remove any stone, stal, capstem which may be left in the product.All handpicked products are transferred safely to a separeted packing area.the products are packed as bulk in cartons and also for 250 Gr, 400 Gr, 500 Gr, 1Kg in foam,cello,flat carton and PVC packs .On the other side,We pack and export all our garlics,onions and other vegetable products in our 850 m2 plant area in Istanbul
