Establishment;
Akat Cosmetics was established in 1969 under the leadership of Hüseyin Akat, our president. The production and storage facilities has been moved to Hadımköy organized industrial estate in 1990 where they are still operating.

Manufacturing Areas;
Our plant consists of three 4-storeyed factory buildings. The installed area is 10,000 m2,andd the closed area is 25,000 m2. It has a production license of Class I and all licenses required for aerosol production.

Production Capacity;
The smell and packaging of the products are prepared using strategies developed by professional chemical engineers in our R&D department. Akat Cosmetics has been successfully carrying out private label works for many leading companies since its establishment. It has a daily capacity of between 125,000 untis (min.) and 175,000 units (max.). It is among the leading companies in Turkey with its existing capacity. The annual local sales is 15,000,000 units and the international sales 20,000,000 units, and an international sales of 35,000,000 units is achieved by the end of the year.

Target;
Our sales target for 2006 is 20,000,000 units for local market and 23,000,000 units for international markets.

Philosophy;
The Akat signature put on the firsts in the industry led to creation of the new leader among the manufacturers. It is rightful evidence of undoubted leadership of Akat that it is the first in Turkey in launching the valve manufacturing and filling plant. It has managed to reflect its quality and unlimited service principles in production to its product range which difficult to achieve today. The Akat family, having adopted as its main philosophy to achieve excellence, is increasingly growing with its staff that succeeded in promoting the professional business understanding. It also strengthened Turkey 's position in international markets with its original packaging designs and distinguished scents. Akat is aware of the fact that it would perform its obligations, as a Turkish industrialist, more than enough by increasing employment and production through new investments in cosmetics industry. Reconciling its leadership title with its increasingly growing production capacity, Akat continues to achieve difficult targets with its local and international annual sales volumes.
