Quality policy

POLDI Hütte s.r.o links up to the production program of POLDI Kladno in the area of production of forged tool and stainless steels with processed and unprocessed surface.

The goal is to return the Poldi brand to subconscious of consumers all around the world as an equivalent of quality tool steel, rapid steel as well as stainless steel and newly shaped forgings for parts of machines and devices.

Our goal is to meet customers' requirements in case of all mentioned qualities based on comparison with quality parameters achieved by other producers and thus create conditions for fulfillment of their expectations as much as possible.

The strategy of the company is to further extend its own steel production to the whole forging assortment. The mercantile policy focuses on all European markets. Efficiency of the Quality Management System of the company leads not only to high quality of the products but also to cost optimization which makes it possible to solve not only technical but also economic questions resolved in the process of permanent improving of efficiency of the quality management system and its processes in order to contribute to all involved parties.

To ensure these goals, the company uses a quality system created to support this Quality policy and Quality goals in line with EN ISO 9001:2000. The basic principles of the Quality policy of POLDI Hütte s.r.o. include:
